Audi Polokwane
Good morning, i would like talk about Audi Polokwane, how they have treated me. On 2023 October i took my car for antifreeze leakage, then when i took my car to them it was drivable. I called audi they said I can bring the car to the dealership , because from were I stayed is about95km to Audi Polokwane so I couldn't drive it while leaking so i called break down to take my car to audi, when it arrived there I was called asked for authorization for diagnosis of which I gave go ahead and pay R2400,after the diagnosis they called by the lady called Mariska informed me that the is got problem of water pump and is gonna cost me around R30000 and more if they were to order it and labor,i then ask for discount of they gave me then I Paid R28400. After fitting that parts they phoned me informing me that the car doesn't wanna start,i then disputed that my car was drivable when i took in. So i was so surprised and dismay about the whole situation, because according to my knowledge they're expertise they should have known when they were diagnosing the car that it doesn't start also so that was my borne of contention.so I took the matter to moisa which the findings were not in my favor i then referred the matter to NCC which is where we are now but with that experience I'll never recommend anyone who i know to Audi polokwane for anything regarding the cars.because it was not the first instance my brother Dr Fourrie Malatji use to own Audi Q7 which we bought at their dealership also he experienced the same problem where by he ended up leaving his car at Audi premises for about Four months, so I think they don't care about the customers they only concern about the profit making,of which is ********* behavior to me . I'm now still stucked with the same car while I'm paying for it and in not moving that how cruel the dealership can be.
