Audi center Durban service

Bought a car from a sales Agent Mr P Mzimela. The car we bought was previously Owned by the The premier of KZN (Audi A4) I asked to have the park assist sensors for back,issues started there when they mis -install the park assist sensors the y damaged the holes they promised to fix them before I even take the car from them bare in mind I was in a process of buying the car, Problem number 2 the car stopped and when my wife switches it on,it was shacking luckily it was still on the book then so I called the tow guys to take the car to the garage this is one month after I have bought the car for my Waite,they fixed that than there was a guy called Ashen works at service department he is soooo comfortably humble disrespectful guy I have ever met he will talk to calm but deep down his mocking disrespectful not sure whether he undermine people like me or lack of service they have turned Durban Audi center to their home.
