Audi Bruma - Terrible service

Went to change my battery at Audi Centre Bruma. Was told my tracking unit was drawing too much current from the battery. Got my tracking company to sort it out but said there was nothing wrong with the unit's power consumption. Went back to Audi with the feedback and was directed to the technician to explain what tracking co told me. I asked could they hqve maybe misdiagnosed and that man, instead of helping and looking for alt options, out-right became defensive and ended up telling me he won't help. After I had paid close to 8k to the dealer. After this, will only take my car to another RMI approved centre and not that audi dealer. Disgusting service with terrible personnel.
