Audi Boksburg Bad service

My Car came back with a broken wind screen which they refused to repair, with a false service update the aircon was charged for and it came back still not working, this is not the first time these guys do such a *** job its disapointing rally after paying R 20,000 of my money yet such bull**** of service. nxn
