Audi Autohause Centurion repairs nightmare.

Took my Audi A5 for check engine light diagnostics. It took them the entire day to provide an update. The issue was clear, a manifold issue. Every time I would call them for an update. Now it has been the 20th day since I took the car to them and I haven't received it back. The manifold has been replaced and they are now telling me the ECU is damaged, it requires replacement. The ECU had no issue when I brought the vehicle to them. the vehicle was driving when I took it there and now the ECU requires replacement. I asked the manager what is the cause of the damage on the ECU, he fumbled himself around without giving me a reliable answer yet insisted that the issue was now the ECU. The advisor is just another clown, for every update, I had to call them. She took more than 24 hours to send a claim to the warranty. Just to send an email. I would call them, and they would tell me that she is busy with another client and they will ask her to call me back and she never did and once. She never bothers. I waited more than 2 days for the requested information to be sent to the warranty to approve the repairs. The service made me sick. I spent 3 weeks without my vehicle.
