Worst Service - Break More Than They Fix & Refuse To Pay

<p>We have now taken this dispute up with the RMI. Moniques' Auto Clinic / Audi & VW Auto Clinic mechanics worked on our Touareg and damaged the turbo pipe, and didn't reconnect the hooter (very dangerous). After taking it in 4 times and having to take it back (one time was a whole week of leaving it there), they couldn't find what was wrong with the car, so we took it elsewhere and the fault was found in 5 minutes! </p> <p>I have no idea what they did to that car but the entire car is falling apart from the inside out since getting it back from the major service. What an awful unpleasant experience, please think twice before you take your beloved vehicle there.</p>
