What a service

I took my car to montague gardens in Cape Town on Thursday 10 December, I had a problem with a starter so I called on Friday 11 December for an update and I was told that the car was ready for collection but no one sent me a quote for the work they gonna do on my car or ask if they can proceed with the quote maybe, they just went and replaced the starter with a 2nd part which has a guarantee of six months on and when I asked they told me that if I don't want it they can remove it but they gonna charge for that and I'll only get my car back the following week.
