********* and unprofessional business practice

Took my car in for an aircon repair. Received no quote or approval and was just hit with a MASSIVE R8600 labour bill since I had supp**** the part. I had no choice, but to settle. 2Months later same problem started again and took the car back for another check. I told them what the diagnostics had read and they would come back to me. 3.5 days later and they told me exactly what I told them and I have to pay another assessment fee. I politely asked to speak with the owner since this is a potential comeback job, but owner refused to talk to me and I had to pay the fee before they will touch the car. Took the car to Quattro Tech and they replaced a R480 sensor and a R150 leaking valve and they confirmed that that was the root cause of my problem. Both was areas where they had worked on as well as the Aircon pump never had to be replaced after investigation.
