POOR Customer and Motor Service

This morning my partner took his vehicle to the Audi VW Auto Clinic in Montague Gardens, to have his Engine Mountains replaced and checked.<br> <br> He asked Paul (The Manager) to replace the one that he knew was damage, and asked him to check the rest, if the car was still making the same noise after replacement of the damaged one.<br> <br> He was then quoted and assured they would fix the problem. He was then notified a few hours later that the problem was fixed, and that he could collect the vehicle.<br> <br> When he arrived to collect his car, he made payment and they handed over his keys. As he started driving away - he noticed that the exact noises were still there and that nothing seemed to have changed. (SURELY they should have test driven the car??)<br> <br> He immediately took the car back to have it checked again - he was then met with a poor and careless attitude towards the lack of service that they had provided - Paul then proceeded to tell him - that \I don't have time to check the problem now - bring your car back next week.\"<br> <br> THIS is completely UNACCEPTABLE - as the request to check ALL the mountains was done first thing in the morning, and that the noise would no longer be there??<br> <br> !!DISGUSTING"
