Very Bad Customer Service Audi Arcadia

I bought a 2019 VW Tiguan from Audi Arcadia end of October 2020 with just over 40000km on the clock. I took the car for a service at 44800km to a VW dealer and with great shock, I found out that the front brakes need replacement at R4200. I contacted the Audi Arcadia dealership on 11 Jan 2021 to request a reason and assistance with this issue. After several phone calls and emails, date today the 22 of Jan 2021 there are NO replies or feedback whatsoever from Audi Arcadia. They feel nothing for you as a customer. They take you money at the sale - paid R7500 additional for a service fee and the car went through an 80point check.

New customers, please be aware of this bad practice from Audi Arcadia. You will find yourself all alone when there is any customer service needed from them. Rather use another dealership.
