Maintenance plan

Good Day

I bought an Audi A3 in June 2016 and is currently due for the maintenance plan to collapse for the 5year/100 000km period,I called Audi to verify when my plan collapses to make the necessary arrangements accordingly and to my surprise I was told it lapses in April 2021,how can that be?because I purchased my car brand new or under the pretence that it was a brand new car from Mothibe.I was then advised that my car was in actual fact a demo car,how?because that is not what I agreed to,I specifically wanted a brand new car with specific features to my expectations not a demo,so Mothibe in essence sold me a demo because he wanted to make a sale????and let me think my car was new,when it was not.....this kind of thing happens all the time in this industry,where sales consultants are deceiving clients just to close a sale.I demand this issue is sorted out because I will escalate it further to Audi SA,I have never received excellent service from Audi till this point regarding my car,which I thought changing brands from VW to Audi will be more pleasant but I was definitely fooled.
