Horrible service from audi Acardia!

I bought a new audi A5 from audi Acadia from a wonderful salesman Mr Mashamaite, 26000km later, I got mechanical breakdown on the 15th,i called audi assist, who then called their on call person who advised that the car should be towed. Today the 17th their service manager Mr Garret Wood gave me an attitude when I asked about mobility. He said to me he will comeback to me within an hour after diagnosing the car but he never did until I left the dealership at 11:30 since 8:00.Even now there has not been any communication from him, 8 hours later. When I called audi south africa they said they will get back to me within 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Pathetic service, no respect to their customers. Mr Garret Wood should be proud that he's in that position, how he got there should be questioned.
