Disappointed by Audi Acardia

I'm so disappointed with Audi Acardia bought my A4 March 2021, was not given a spare key even today 27 October 2021, I'm tired of calling them coz I was always told that they ordered the key, and again I was told that if I refer a customer to them will get R2000, I referred 2 customers during August 2021 even today I haven't received a cent. I'm so disappointed with then I'm even thinking of trading in my car to BMW
