Bad service ever

tshikombeni ndivhuwo Audi used car manager Kristof gave me a bad service ever, I bought a vehicle (Audi A4, 2.0 TDI) from them, and they did not supply me with a spare key, and when i went to him as a Manager to assist me as the service consultant that helped me when am buying vehicle resigned, instead of suggesting solutions to me as Manager, He said he can't do anything about it, that what he said to me, that's a bad service ever I get from all other dealers... He has attitude, I regret buying this vehicle from them, I wish I knew before
