Bad customer care

I bought a pre owned Audi A3 2016 model and the car came with Worn out tyres. I mentioned this to the Sales Person and the issue was dismissed. 6 Months later, the tyres are having punctures within a month - 2 tyres in one month. I tried to call Christopher to complain - the call got cut off and he never answered my calls thereafter. I'm very disappointed.
