*********, rude, demeaning service

I have had the worst service with Auctions Finance , this started after they added a warranty to my finance without even asking if I wanted it or am interested. I struggled having in taken off and was rudely treated and threatened before having it cancelled. I was told that either I cancell the whole sale and give back their car so rudely or have the money refunded to the bank after it was paid off . This gave me a ***** and ********* feeling behaivour which made me question the credibility of the whole transaction. Now I am struggling to get the invoice for the car and papers. I feel I am just being taken from pillar to post and taken advantage off. I am the one doing all the run around asking for this and being told stories after stories. I am really tired of this and regret purchasing a car through them. It is sad that banks entrust them with their valid customers and while they show an ********* conduct
