I have bought some items on their auction that the do on whatsapp, my first auction they didn't send all the items and the items that was send was the wrong sizes also not the same as on the pictures of the auction. My second parcel have not been delivered yet it is since 27 March 2022. How can they sell stuff that they don't have in stocks, according to auction rules you have to have the items in stock. I'm not the only one on the whatsapp group complaining there was other 2ho contact me to hear if I've also experience difficulty to get my goods that was paid for. UAfrica is suppose to load it but there is no waybill nrs. The excuses just keep on and on, if its not loadshedding then it's the drivers. I have report them at the consumer ombudsman. Next will be the small court, I have all the proof.
