Auction SA only empty promises and take the money and run

I **** a payment for the online auction in beginning MARCH 2022 and since the payment was made AUCTION SA only promises - all empty promises and they do not want to pay back money already in their possession nor the goods. Please refrain from doing business with these online auction company. They dont answers calls anymore and after all the empty promises and various messages - they are not delivering.
