REFUND OF DEPOSIT

Deposit not refunded, paid deposit on 2nd December 2020, To date no refund. Contacted them on various occasions. They suppose the pay refund into banking account which they have. Very poor service. they send email saying that the money is being paid back --non what-so-ever.
