Non-disclosure of amounts

May 21 2019 I bought a car at auction operation mainreef no much comments on the car except that the is no spare wheel, keys and service book yet the car had an accident and got repaired and we realised that after buying the car total cost of the car was R143000 minus the R7000 initial deposit and another R6000 additional deposit. Instead of my bank paying paying R13000 apperantly the were undesclosed amounts and my bank paid R137000. You pay for admin fee and service fee yet you still have to register the car by yourself which is more cost then what are we really paying for on service fee and admin fee? Shouldn't the service fee amount be disclosed to us?
