I bought a vehicle at auction operation and paid all the money due and they haven't given me the documents for the vehicle . I cant drive the car because the license disc has also expired and the are no documents of the vehicle.when I call them they always passing the buck and unsure about the documents saying there might be delays with the traffic department or the bank. I bought the vehicle on 19.01.16 to date I haven't received the documents . the guy ayanda is always giving examples of the problems that they usually have and never give me a straight answer about the vehicle that I bought as I want to know why I haven't received the documents . I want the documents .

29 Jan 2016, 17:13Hello kgothatsom,
Good day Mr Mazibuko,
We apologise again for the unfortunate delay with the vehicle registration document. As you have been previously advised, we are experiencing a delay from the seller bank. The reason is that the said bank have been impacted by the recent licensing department strikes and the subsequent backlogs created by these strikes. This backlog is still persisting presently and have not been entirely cleared up as yet. We have chased the said document incessantly and we have been assured that they are doing their utmost to expedite it. Apologies for the inconvenience experienced.
