inefficient online bidding system

So AuctionOperation just started their new online bidding facility which isn't the most efficient as yet and has some glitches. I bid on a vehicle on todays auction at the specified amount which i was happy to pay. The system says please wait submitting bid, all of a sudden it jumps my bid to a higher amount and closes the vehicle on me. I did not bid that amount which was way more then i wanted to pay for the vehicle. Kindly please assist as i am not getting an pleasure when calling the centre.
