Inapropriate deceit

Visited auction was told they have the papers for the vehicles. Hence bidded. They issued my invoice. Requested to see papers to verify the model number etc. Was told to make payment. They said they had no papers. They dont have name tags as there were 2 windows. Waited 2 hours they were suppose to mail me a copy of the papers. They than mentioned they could not locate the papers. Cannot understand as this is AOP vehicle not the banks as stated on the windscreen. Have always bidded, paid and collected the vehicle the same day with the papers. To date have not received the papers. In future ensure the consumer is aware tou don't have the papers.
