Upon being invited for the auction by Ms Veronica and bought a vehicle, which invoice stipulates the kilometres as there are no readings on the cluster to confirm this. How have you determined this mileage as is also contrary to service books and fords service database. Have visited ford dealership was enlightened faulty cluster. Which auctioneers have not enlightened bidders of faults, as was not displayed on the windshield either, as apart of check list at the Auction Operation wesbank repossessed vehicles. Whilst it's not your duty to repair. It's surely your duty to enlighten the buyers by being transparent of the flaws. This explains why one does not frequent your auctions. After having paid for the vehicle there was no brakes either as abs lights stays on. This to was not stipulated on windshield as only fault displayed was doorlock! Surely whilst not availing correct information to clients both potential and prospective as this would affect one from frequenting any future auctions as it's would also affect buyers bid being minimum, maximum or not at all. After noticing all this one not would have not taken the vehicle than one would be legaly binded to you, surely consumer has rights based on inappropriate deceit lack of disclosing all flaws. One should be compensated either returning the vehicle or vat and buyers commission be refunded.
