I want my deposit refund

I took part in an auction on the 21st of June and I didn't buy anything.

I have been begging for my R7000 deposit everyday since then, I have called countless times asking for my refund only to be told that it will be done later that day and it's never the case, today I called and I was told that the only 2 people who deal with are not at the office and they don't know when they are coming back. It is really FRUSTRATING
