Deposit refund

Good day

I am seeking assistance with my deposit refund at Auction Operation, according to the terms and conditions of the Auctioneers, deposits are to be refunded within 7 to 10 days after the auction. I have requested a refund on my deposit but, I am being told by Auction Operation that, the refund will only be processed within 10 days and I have to wait another 7 to 10 days after that, to receive my deposit. After reading through the terms and conditions again, it does not stipulate anywhere there will be an additional 10 days added onto the waiting period for my deposit. I can not wait up to 20 days for my deposit as I need to purchase a vehicle urgently. This is very poor service and also completely unacceptable. I have bought vehicles from many other Auctioneers and have never experienced such an issue. Furthermore I have tried calling Auction Operation numerous times with no answer. I will personally never recommend Auction operation to anyone and I would advise anyone who is considering to use them never to do so.
