Bullies taking advantage of people who don't know the law

Auctions are strictly regulated by the consumer rights protection act, these dishonest, *********, spineless ****** are conducting vehicle auctions that are in contravention of the regulations of the CPA. Do yourself a favour if you have been *****ed over by them, they have to supply the vin with each vehicle yet they dont, their rules they say one must requyest it, they dont get to interpret the law as they see fit, lodge a complaint on the NCC webportal and take them to book. Go study the regulations and you will see they not conducting legal auction and are commiting prohibeted behaviours, lacking the paperwork and based on their modus operandi, could very well be counter bidding to push up the prices. Enough people lodge a complaint it could warrant a full on investigation. Auctioneers are liable and should be charged.
