Auction operation ******** in Florida Roodepoort

On the 04/10/2021 I app**** for car finance through this company and I was told I qualify for R180 000. Then I registered for auction with R7000. When the time comes for the bank to pay then I was told the application had declined. This company mislead me in thinking I had qualified. Now when I ask for my money I am told I can not get it back. I want my registration fee of R7000 back as I do not believe that you can qualify then the next day you don't. 😡😡They are ****** ******** people who are desperate for help
