BAD SERVICE

We decided last year to go with the AuctionInc company as we just did not have any luck with agents.<br> <br> 1) After meeting the agent and also placing our property on Auctioninc with reserve amount our property went on Auction and we did not get the offer we wanted.<br> It was only once on auction and only 1 offer.<br> The agent then advise he will be selling it as normal agent and not on auction. 1st offer buyer did not get bond approval for the amount we reserved. 2nd offer just slip through the cracks as the agent never followed up. <br> <br> 3rd Offer apparently got bond approval on 11-Feb 2016 and until this date our agent still has not phoned us back! We have received no phone calls, emails nothing. We have spent numerous call chasing after this agent and money and internet and and and<br> <br> The worst part of it we turned down all other offers as we were told that buyer 3 has approval we just waiting for the letter... So the property is off the market and still no approval letter.<br> <br> Very disappointing - I would not consider Auctioninc to anyone and would definitely not consider using any of their services.
