AutionInc is playing tricks with my refund

I bid at the property auction and I was the highest bidder, I was required to pay a deposit on that offer with the understanding that if the offer is rejected I will be refunded immediately. It's a week now and I have not been refunded, they take me from pillar to post. I have never come across an offer to purchase that has to be accompanied by a payment however i comp**** because I wanted that property now i regret ever attending their auctions and i regret paying them
