AUCOR IN WESTVILLE DO THE RIGHT THING

LESS CARE FOR CUSTOMERS I went to Aucor Westville on a Black Friday and endured the long line to purchase the Furniture Item I needed. An Indian guy behind me also wanted it. After paying, I further waited for the staff to inform them that I had paid the item but will fetch it on the next day. They confirmed that they were taking it inside for collection as promised. When I cam back on the following day I was told the item was sold by mistake. I have no doubt that the Indian guy who wanted it was given it knowing that someone else had paid. I know it was on purpose because the guy was pretty sure that He will get it. On the following day when I came to collect, the manager came and apologized taking the full responsibility for the mistake. I requested him to atlease look at their camera records so that the person who did it can at least be the one taking responsibility not him. He went in and came back and said that he is sorry. The person is not important cause he was temporary. He took my number and said he will call me once they have the item in store. I guess he forgrt about me the moment i went out of the door. This cut deep because i really liked the store because of the unique staff they sell at reasonable prices however, that treatment is hard to forget. I am writing this with the hope that you will inform them to STOP DOING THAT cause no body deserves it irrespective of color. Do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do. Thanks.
