Worst service ever

Aucor based in Westwood Mall in Durban, has truly lost the plot. Customer service has hone down the drain. I've been waiting now 1 and a half hour so far, while writing this review. 1. Wrong items invoiced 2. Still waiting for invoice from auction 3. Lengthy wait to collect items 4. Items can't be found 5. Under staffed 6. Items I've won on auction a week ago is still not at the store. 6. Long ques

Even after emailing management ( Mr Pauruk ) and admin staff no assistance.

Really this will be the last time I use this service. And really I hate speaking for other people, but from what I could gather from other customers. They will be loosing alot of loyal customers.
