Aucor Capetown bad service

The bad service at Aucor Capetown is very disappointing 😞. You go there for auction and pay out your deposit on their terms and conditions and they will tell you within 10 working days you will get your refund.It has been 3 weeks no refund,I called several times with no response,you send emails no one responds.I will never recommend it to anyone.
