Aucor auctions Cape town. Stay away!!

Two months since the auction and I still don't have my deposit returned. I contacted Aucor 2 weeks ago by phone and by email, with all documents being sent to aucor. They assured me that it would be paid the following day, then they give excuses that they are too busy doing auctions to refund customers. All I can say is stay away from this ***** establishment. Their customer care is useless.
