They sell defects and dirty furniture

I am very upset with aucor!!! They auction defects. They doup me into thinking Im bidding on a new bed which has no problems. They failed to mention that the bed has stains on it (of God knows what) and the headboard has no bouts also very dirty! Im repulsed and they refused to give my money back saying I should have viewed the item before paying, but how was I supposed to view when they were closed for riots! I want my money back, or else Im taking the legal route and social media
