Struggling to get my refund, livid.

I registered and paid a deposit to bid on a loose items auction held on 2020/06/14. It has now been 14 working days and i haven't received my refund despite 2 requests, both went ignored and without a reply by the way. Very disappointed and i won't be bidding with them again. Please just refund me, don't reply with ''we'll investigate and get back to you''
