Shortfall Payment

I made use of Aucor for selling 4 tree trunks, with a reserve amount of R3500 each. Their auctioneer auctioned the tree trunks for a total of R1000 with out checking with me. Since last year I have been in contact with them constantly enquiring whe the difference of R13000 will be paid to me, as the error was on their side, only to be told the person who auctioned the tree trunks is out of the country and on his return he will sort the matter out. However I was also told to speak to their legal department 3 weeks ago, which I did, and that person has not contacted me, despite numerous emails and a final email advising him I shall have to report the matter on Hello Peter. I have to constantly stay in touch to no avail.
