Ridiculously angry

I bought a car at a dealership. Had to return the car to dealership. Car not in my possession. Waiting for settlement letter. Bank taken off 3 months repayments, still no word from agent at aucor. Do they think money grows on trees. All patience officially squeezed out of me. I've paid over 8000 for a car I do not possess... This is the short version.
