Refund department is the Worst service on PE branch

Registered on their auction on 8th November and today its almost a month struggling to back my deposit. The lady Shanice on the Pe branch is giving worst service and sending me from post to pillar. Cape Town branch is also not willing to assist. Shanice says she sent my documents only and does not follow up.

It's really bad when a big business like this find it difficult to do fix a small thing like this. I don't think they are trained on customer service.
