Pathetic Service

We bought a car on Auction from Aucor Simrand on the 03 June 2020, after picking up the car (with a lot of defaults not mentioned in the online description) and driving it for 1.2 km ,the car overheated...Martin was kind enough to tow the car back and arrange for a refund...but sins then empty promises...for 21 days they have promised to refund the R84525.00 .On the 26 June at 11:18 Martin promised it will be done in the next 10 min...well it is 08:00 the 27 June and no proof of payment , no sms confirmation and no money in the bank...... ALL LIES ...Is the way they treat all their customers? VERY BAD SERVICE, A BUNCH OF DISHONEST PEOPLE FROM MARTIN TO CARY-ANN TO BONGANI....ALL LIES LIES LIES ....
