Not trustworthy (in my opinion)

I registered for a vehicle auction and paid the deposit. I was outbid on the vehicle I was interested in.

I have bought from Aucor for many years and have been satisfied thus far.

One month ago I sent an email to *** to request a refund to which I received no reply. I have subsequently sent numerous mails requesting information on the refund but have not had a single reply.

In my experience this gives the impression of liquidity problems in the business. Please think carefully, I am having my doubts about them.
