Most reviews always so negative, my experience so far good, registered for auction in Midrand but was outbidded for vechile of my choice (damn dealers). Kagiso very helpful, forwarded my docs and deposit to bloemfontein branch, where I was successful in winning bid???. Flew to bloemfontein, collected vechile, caught them of gaurd as I was there by 8am, little wait for paperwork and all was done. Vechile had problem not disclosed, didn't want to start, but all sorted as it was a computer reset due to vechile standing, staff a bloemfontein very helpful in trying to remedy the problem, not once said they will not assist. And to all complaining about no refunds on deposit, my deposit was paid back into my account in 3days. So in conclusion overall, happy, only criticism I have is phone skills, maybe brush up on this department. Still have to register vechile, so till then , 9 out of 10 to aucor guys???
