Faulty ford figo not disclosed by aucor

First of all, I would like to state that I have previously bought 2 vehicles at AUCOR which have turned out to be good buys. However, the FORD FIGO situation has left me very disappointed. Here is why: On the day (Monday) I came to collect the FORD FIGO from your midrand premises, I discovered various faults: 1. Brake shutter 2. Whining noise which sounded like was coming from the wheels 3. Gearbox noise 4. Unworking wipers 5. ABS fault light 6. Aircon not working I then contacted Aucor about the problems no one did anything not help me at all although Aucor did refund me for vehicle document fees as the lady was very sympathetic towards me. I have since paid a private mechanic to fix these problems. Outstanding: Gearbox noise. Observations: The gearbox noise is still persisting because it seems that the gearbox seal that encloses the gearbox oil was damaged as a result there was no oil inside which according to experts damaged the gears in the gearbox.
