False Advertising and Vague information on Auction date

I have been to many auctions and recently went to aucor in bellville cape town. Aucor does false advertising and does not disclose material information prior to bidding such as other auction houses. I am highly disappointed. The auctioneer on the specific day seemed to be pressurizing bidders even when they didnt want to bid and was very vague with some of the descriptions of certain cars especially regarding material information such as damage of the vehicle. In previous auctions i had attended the auctioneer was always forth coming regarding damage as it was always said please understand what is on offer, Aucor or atleast the auctioneer was very vague to the point of misrepresentation of the vehicle. After the fact when i tried to call them i was met with an extremely rude girl friday/ receptionist. Highly dissapointed in aucor and the way they conduct business with customers.
