DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUCOR- WESBANK OR TFS!!

WARNING:DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WESBANK- TOYOTA FINANCE OR AUCOR. After being threatened by Aucor guy named Mark from Bloemfontein that if I do not surrender my vehicle to him a warrant will be issued and I will be arrested and I will not get any finance again for 30 years, I thought I did the right thing(not knowing my legal rights) and being a good SA citizen I took the car to him. I have been a customer of Toyota Finance for more than 5 years paying my account every month. But unfortunately I lost my income and could not afford it anymore the last couple of months. I just got a new job and have been trieng everyday since they took my car to get hold of Judy from Wesbank. My lawyer and I both try to negotiate to them that I will start paying again from this month and asked if they will return the vehicle. We also asked for documents to be sent to me revolving the surrender of the car because I did not receive any copy from the Aucor guy. But all they did was ignore me till this day. They dont answer my questions or send any requested documentation. The only emails I receive is threats that my vehicle is up for auction no matter what I do.I also went under debt review where the people of NDA send them a letter of commitment to pay every month. The worst part is my vehicle us worth R365000 on the market and they want to sell it for R195000. When my lawyer asked the Aucor guy about his threats he denied everything but I gave all his calls recorded. When my lawyer phoned Wesbank to try and negotiate they were very arrogant and did not even show any interest to try and negotiate or resolve this issue. And still refused to send the requested documents. I really feel like going viral with this in the media and newspapers. This is not how you treat customers. And I'm so tired of hearing it will be send to the relevant department because like I mentioned earlier nobody comes back or reply to me.
