Disgusting customer service

Shocking service. I have been waiting for days to receive a simple collection quote and the Aucor employee who I've been in contact with just keeps ignoring my whatsapp messages and phone calls. Don't waste your time with Aucor - there are plenty of smaller auctioneer companies out there who actually care about their customers.
