Deception

On the 11th November i placed a bid on an item like previous times before. The descriptions on the item did not indicate any flaws or fault. I won the bid & made payment as instructed. After two days of back & forth with firstly receiving poor service i was contacted & informed that i could collect my item. I excitedly send my driver to collect the item only to be shocked by receiving a broken, cracked & dented item. None of this was mentioned in the ad. I have purchased online from them before & never had this problem if an item was faulty they would clearly indicate on the lot. This was clearly false misleading advertising resulting in me losing R341.60. I am sitting with a peace of useless metal. I have communicated this civily on their website a week ago no response as well as no response from a lady named Melissa @ the branch in patterson road port elizabeth, who blatantly decided to ignore me.
