Damaged pressure cooker & refuse to refund

I had bad experience with aucor in PE I bought curtains poles on August 2024 and they did send them and the told me that they will send them with my next order I send them email to package the poles I went to collect my parcel at courier the is no poles I bought pressure cooker it was damaged and there saying it is courier but the box it still fine no piece of broken parts in the box the bottom protection in the box it is still fine there refuse to refund me my money for poles and pressure cooker I'm so **** off
