Bad service

I'm experiencing a bad service from Aucor Auctioneers Durban, where I have successfully won a bid n then paid for those products, which was 3 weeks ago, till to date I haven't recieved a response from them nor even a call, since I have phoned them a multiple times in response they said they will phone back with them not calling back.
