Aucor not refunding me my deposit beack and ignoring my emails.

Paid a Deposit of R2 000. I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded because I did not successfully bid for anything, they referred me to a guy named Bongani, saying he'll process my deposit. He's ignoring my emails and texts. Not giving me any feedback. I've got no idea whether I'll be getting my deposit back or not.

Never do business with Aucor, very unprofessional.
